Spring TNReady Dates -- GCHS students are READY!
Coordinated School Health is conducting a mock DUI crash scene on GC's campus 4/12 at 1:30 PM. A mock crash is a staged event that uses real vehicles and actors where alcohol is the reason for the crash. Emergency (police, fire, ambulance, etc.) personnel respond to the scene as if it were real. These are conducted for the SENIORS ONLY around prom time to raise awareness of the dangerous and deadly effects of drinking and driving. This is not open to the public.
Please do not be alarmed by the emergency personnel presence at GC on this day.
If not signed up already, see a counselor today about taking an honors, Advanced Placement, Dual Credit, and/or Dual Enrollment class next year! See pages 10-11 of the student handbook to learn more.
