GCHS was made aware of a student who tested positive for COVID. We have identified close contacts, and they have begun the quarantine process. Our school district follows Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Tennessee Department of Health guidelines for the management of individuals who have been diagnosed with or exposed to COVID-19. We will continue to do everything in our power to ensure the safest possible environment while continuing to provide education to our students.
